- Shipping costs are determined by weight and destination. During the checkout process, shipping costs are automatically calculated and you can choose the shipping option you prefer. You will be able to see the shipping cost before you checkout.

- We hope you are satisfied with every Blue Moon Elise purchase you make. We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may seek a return or a replacement. See below for details.
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at our Consumer Care hotline 1-828-837-2727 or contact us through our contact form. Our Consumer Care hotline is available Monday - Friday 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days for full exchange.
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
If you purchased the product from bluemoonelise.com or from our retail store:
You may return it by mail for a full refund within 20 days of the date of purchase if you include your original receipt. If you purchased a product as part of a gift or kit, the entire gift or kit must be returned within 20 days of the date of purchase to receive a refund.
After 20 days, or without a receipt, you may return the product by mail for an exchange of equal value.
If you bought an item in error, you may return it within 20 days and get a full refund as long as the product(s) are in new condition and haven’t been used and you have your receipt. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
If you received the wrong item(s) than which is on your order form, we will ship the correct product to you along with a return shipping label for the wrong item.
Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a refund (only if original receipt is included and the product was purchased within the last 20 days) or replacement, the reason for the return, a description of the item you are returning, and its price.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard UPS ground shipping or Parcel Post. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time your exchange request is received at our location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
We do not give refunds, credits, or exchanges for BMe Featured Specials, Outlet items, discontinued items, or items purchased through unauthorized resellers or online auctions. Prepackaged gifts and kits are assembled individually and may vary slightly. BMe reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable. BMe reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased within the last year.

To receive the wholesale discounts YOU MUST BE SURE TO LOGIN FIRST and your minimum opening order must be $250 or more. All minimum re-orders thereafter must be $100 or more. We honor all of our wholesale accounts that are helping us spread the word of safe and effective herbal body care.
